This is how I eat

Monday through Friday:

At 10 am, I get a fair-sized bag of chips, a 20 oz. soda, and something sweet, usually a snack cake. I snack on the chips and the soda over the course of the day, but the sweet is gone by 11 am.

I get off work at five, and I eat dinner at 5:30 or 6:00. I usually throw something like hot dogs or chicken in the microwave. Every once in a while I go to a restaurant and get an actual meal. If I get hungry before I go to bed I'll eat a handful of cereal or some fruit.

Saturday and Sunday:

I almost always eat lunch at a restaurant on Saturdays, and then pizza for dinner on Saturday night. The reverse holds true for Sunday. Pizza for lunch, and then dinner out.

YES, I realize that this is completely atrocious. Which is why I ask, does anyone have any suggestions for a diet that is balanced, healthy, and easy? And when I say "diet" I don't mean a weight-loss plan. I mean what you eat every day.
